I finally had the chance to visit the well-known restaurant "Gessen" in Nishitenma, which I had been wanting to try for a long time! Thanks to my lucky connections, I was able to secure a reservation at this popular spot. I left the menu choices to my regular dining companions. Each dish was dynamic yet delicately flavored, striking a perfect balance that allowed me to fully enjoy the essence of Chinese cuisine without feeling overwhelmed. I was truly impressed! Normally, I would take notes on the set menu, but this time I decided to focus on enjoying the experience. I savored the generous portions, including the "Hairy Crab with Egg" and the large bowl of soup noodles I ordered as a finale. No wonder it's hard to get a reservation here! Even after indulging in wine, I felt fantastic the next morning. It just goes to show how important good food and drink are! I definitely want to return to this remarkable restaurant again! This was my 226th bowl of noodles this year! ★★★
