I tried "Deshiko" for the first time. I was torn between regular eel and this brand, but since it had been a while, I decided to go for the premium option. Everyone who had made a reservation for lunch chose "Deshiko," and the cooking started all at once. I thought the grilling was quite strong, but it paired well with the rice cooked in a traditional earthen pot, and I enjoyed it thoroughly.
