I had been wanting to visit this restaurant for a long time.Yassan, a meat kaiseki restaurant.Reservations can only be made for groups of three or more, so I decided to wait in line for a counter seat.I arrived about 45 minutes before opening, but there were already four people ahead of me.No surprise, it’s a popular spot.At opening time, the chef came out holding the noren (curtain) and said, "Thank you for waiting. Please come in," with a warm and welcoming tone.Once inside, I was a bit confused as the menu was only displayed on a lantern.While I was deciding what to order, a young lady, perhaps the owner’s daughter, informed me, "We start with the meat sashimi, and then you can choose from grilled and simmered dishes afterward."We began with cucumber as a starter, followed by a chilled oxtail soup and four types of meat sashimi.It was absolutely delicious!We also ordered two grilled dishes and a simmered dish with egg, truly enjoying the meat kaiseki experience!Everything was incredibly tasty!We each had about four drinks, and the total came to just under JPY 30,000.This was definitely worth it.I will be back again.(Note: Please be aware that I couldn't take a photo of the meat sashimi.)
