I was able to come back again! I planned my trip to Hiroshima just to visit this restaurant. I made a reservation three months in advance and waited... Once again, the dashi was amazing, and the seasonal ingredients were top-notch! I finally got to try the sea urchin that I missed last time. They even doubled the amount for the sake pairing, which was fantastic! I was thrilled to drink the legendary sake "Kinju"! I can't wait to visit again soon!
