An Italian restaurant located in Higashi-ku Izumi. It was a wonderful place.I recommend sitting at the counter, where you can watch the seamless teamwork as the dishes are prepared. The staff seems to share the chef's philosophy, creating a sense of unity, and you can feel their pride in their work. The dishes incorporating fermentation elements were vibrant and incredibly delicious.
