Fiocchi is a highly popular Italian restaurant in Tokyo, also selected by Michelin. The dishes are centered around seasonal mountain vegetables and game meat, showcasing the individuality of the ingredients. The seasonal flavors were well expressed, and I enjoyed the entire course. Each dish had a satisfying portion, leaving me quite satisfied after the meal. It gave the impression of being a "hearty Italian" restaurant. Overall, the quality was high, and the food was delicious, but personally, my expectations were quite high before the visit, and it didn’t exceed those expectations significantly. That said, I could definitely feel why this place is popular, and the impression of the dishes seems likely to change with the seasons.
