The entrance sign, interior design, cutlery, and staff all wore black suits with silver ties. The stylish total coordination centered around the silver color was thoroughly executed. You could feel the chef and staff's exceptional dedication. The presentation of the dishes was nothing short of artistic. Unlike the extravagant plating at L'Oiseau, here I sensed a refined beauty with an emphasis on straight lines. Each dish was intricately prepared, and I struggled to keep up with the explanations. It was a pity that my palate wasn't refined enough to fully appreciate the level of craftsmanship involved.
