I visited a yakitori restaurant I had been curious about.I went alone and made a reservation in advance. They confirmed that reservations for one person are possible over the phone.I believe it’s necessary to book ahead since it’s quite popular and can get crowded. While there were course options available, I heard that a la carte ordering is also possible, so I reserved a table for a la carte. The yakitori served in the calm atmosphere of the restaurant was carefully grilled, allowing me to fully enjoy the smoky aroma of the charcoal and the rich flavor of the chicken. What stood out to me was the deep flavor of the chicken that expanded with each bite, along with the perfect grilling technique. Each skewer showcased the quality of the ingredients, reflecting the chef's dedication.◆ Salted water eggplant◆ Tsukune (chicken meatball)◆ Negima (chicken and green onion)◆ Seseri (neck meat)◆ Quail egg◆ Chicken liverAs an appetizer. The grilling was just right and delicious. The owner was also very friendly, and I thought I would love to come back. It was a great meal! ☺️☺️
