I visited Yakitori Mizuki, located about 10 minutes from Meitetsu Gifu Station. A friend made a reservation for me, and I heard that it's quite difficult to get a booking here.We had a course meal, and the dishes were served one by one. I was able to watch the chefs at the counter, and they skillfully grilled each skewer with great care!Since I enjoyed the meal, I’ll provide a rough overview of the dishes and prices.The skewers, including liver, thigh, tsukune (chicken meatball), skin, and eel, were all exquisite, especially the liver, which had no unpleasant odor and was delicious.The final dish, chicken broth chazuke (rice with broth), had a gentle flavor and was easy to eat. I usually don’t eat sweets, but the pistachio ice cream had a refined sweetness and a delightful pistachio flavor!Everything was incredibly tasty. If I have the chance to go again, I’ll make sure to take detailed notes on the menu items! It was a great meal!
