Japanese Cuisine "Higashiyama Yoshihisa" located in Higashiyama Congratulations on being awarded two stars in the Michelin Guide Kyoto-Osaka 2026, up from last year's one star!It’s located just a short distance from the Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto.The owner, Yoshihisa Suzuki, has honed his skills in various Japanese restaurants and kaiseki establishments. He holds a chef's license, a fugu (pufferfish) cooking license from Shiga Prefecture, and is a certified sake sommelier.
