During a private trip to Shiga, I suddenly craved sushi and headed to Kyogoku Zushi!I made a reservation for a course meal, and the crab was absolutely amazing—so delicious! I was genuinely shocked by how good it was after such a long time.Of course, the sushi was also delicious, and I could really taste the freshness. The tempura highlighted the natural flavors of the ingredients. The chawanmushi (savory egg custard) had soft roe on top—how luxurious is that? I couldn't help but wish there was a place like this in my hometown.I finished my meal feeling completely satisfied and took my time heading home.
