Around 2:00 PM on a Sunday,I visited a soba restaurant near Soraterrace.They are open from spring to the end of autumn, mainly on weekends. While they do not require reservations, I highly recommend making one.The soba is so fragrant and delicious that you don’t even need dipping sauce! I ended up eating about half of it with just salt. The 100% buckwheat pizza had a texture similar to galette and was also very tasty.Learning about the owner's dedication to soba makes it taste even better, so I encourage you to look it up! There was also a simple explanation on the table.The view was lovely, and all the staff were very kind, making for a wonderful experience.
