Kojitsu is one of our top five favorite kaiseki restaurants! ♡♡♡٩( ᐛ )و♡♡♡It had been a while since our last dinner visit, and it was wonderful to return. ♥️Every time we go, the warm hospitality from the chef and the owner makes us feel right at home, and all the dishes are delicious with a gentle flavor. (^^)On this day, we started with a toast with beer and kuromame tea, and then the much-anticipated meal began! ♪（ｖ＾＿＾）ｖ◆ Yomogi Mochi with Dashi◆ Hairy Crab Shiso Dumpling and Okra Soup◆ Sashimi of Sea Bream and Squid from Ishikawa Prefecture◆ Bonito with Kinome Sauce and Broad Bean White Miso◆ 2:8 Soba with Sesame Sauce◆ Eel with Mozuku Vinegar from Mikawa◆ Fried Sweet Bream with Tomato and New Onion◆ Tender Octopus and Braised Eggplant◆ Clay Pot Rice to finish off with Kuro-mutsu and New Ginger Rice, Red Miso Soup, and Pickles Yudai 21 White Rice Beef Shigureni Fried Sakura Shrimp◆ Tokoroten with Black Vinegar and Sanbai VinegarThroughout the meal, every dish was delicious!
