I visited this popular restaurant for the first time in a while. I noticed that Ishihara-san was no longer there. A sommelier with an impressive presence was now in charge of the counter, having previously worked at a famous Chinese restaurant. The pairing options were quite diverse, featuring Japanese sake, German Koshu, and Swiss wines, making for an interesting selection.The way the ingredients were combined was quite intriguing, and the dishes were impressively well-executed.
