I visited my favorite restaurant for the first time in a while, making it my 9th visit. As always, the presentation was lovely, and the combination of ingredients was very harmonious. Today, we also had some torafugu (pufferfish) from Mr. Fujimoto. The wine was flowing, and I ended up drinking quite a bit. I was tempted to enjoy a nice after-dinner drink, but since it was lunchtime, I held back.
