Day 2 of my trip to Niigata, evening.I finally visited Restaurant Uozen, which I had been wanting to try for a long time.Since the train from the APA Hotel in Tsubame-Sanjo only runs once an hour, I decided to take a taxi instead. It took less than 20 minutes and cost around JPY 3,200.I opted for the course with wine pairing, which was about JPY 35,000 per person.I was extremely satisfied with both the food and the wine. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit when in Niigata!
