This was my first visit.I went to a super famous Western-style restaurant in Nagoya.I ordered the weekday limited Western-style set meal.It was a luxurious lunch featuring a hamburger steak, king crab cream croquette, and beef stew. The hamburger steak had a delightful contrast in texture between the inside and outside, with a crispy yet juicy bite that released its flavors. The sauce was slightly bitter, but I found that eating it with rock salt brought out the best of the ingredients.I was surprised by how well the small croquette was fried; it held its shape even when cut in half. The rich flavor of the king crab paired excellently with the tomato-based sauce, making it quite delicious. The beef stew was served in a small portion that disappeared in an instant, but it had a unique richness and depth, possibly enhanced by cocoa, giving it a distinct flavor.Overall, the quality was high, and I felt this place deserved a rating even higher than what I gave.
