I was invited by a friend who had a reservation. ✨I was excited to hear that each meat had a different seasoning.We ordered a selection of red meat cubes, salted tongue, loin, and Omasum sashimi.The seasoning was quite salty, which was refreshing compared to the typical sweet Japanese yakiniku sauce.The freshly cooked, glossy rice made from specially ordered large grains of Niigata Shin-Nosuke paired perfectly with the meat!Personally, I found the Omasum sashimi to be incredibly delicious. It was fresh and had no unpleasant odor—I'd want a whole plate just for myself.The adorable staff grilled the meat for us, allowing us to enjoy it at the perfect moment, which was fantastic!It seems that reservations for first-time visitors are difficult until the development in Tateishi settles down, but I definitely want to come back for a second try once things calm down! ✊
