The quality of this JPY 8800 course is simply amazing...The chef is a hunter and even owns a farm in Chiba. He personally came to greet us at our seats, which left a fantastic impression.We started with a macaron made with venison blood, followed by a pâté filled with venison and jelly, and a roast of Ezo deer meat—what an unexpected venison paradise! ✨Every dish from appetizers to dessert was truly delicious.The service from all the staff was attentive and polite, making it a wonderful restaurant that I would love to visit again.
