I visited Tonkatsu Fujii for the first time.All the katsu were delicious, but the chicken tender katsu and the minced meat katsu were particularly impressive.The minced meat katsu was a first for me; it melted in my mouth, and the smooth texture allowed the rich flavor of the meat to shine through.The chicken tender was surprisingly tender and juicy, with a delightful contrast to the crispy coating.The tonkatsu had a sweet, melt-in-your-mouth fat that enhanced the pork's flavor.The red miso soup, rice, cabbage, and dressing were all delicious, leaving me completely satisfied.Thank you!
