This restaurant is located along a narrow alley on the Toranomon side of Shimbashi's Akarenka Street. It features a charming, historic old house with a quietly hanging noren (curtain). An elderly couple warmly welcomes one group per day to enjoy their exquisite Japanese cuisine. Each dish is incredibly delicious, and the soba served at the end is simply divine. I often wonder how long I will be able to savor this taste, making each visit a unique experience.
