A renowned Japanese restaurant called "SAWADA" located in Shin-Fukushima.The most surprising dish was the ramen made with sweetfish broth! It was an extravagant ramen.Before that, I had a bowl of sweetfish broth soup, which was also delicious!The chef truly brings out the charm of the ingredients.The owner’s wife pairs the dishes with Japanese sake to enhance the experience.They are a couple who genuinely make you enjoy both the food and the sake. I ended up ordering several refills that day!This is one of the places I want to visit regularly.Next time will be at the end of the year—I'm looking forward to it!It was a great meal. Thank you!
