This time, I enjoyed the specialty course with pairings. From the first dish to the last dessert, everything was truly delicious and left me very satisfied. The overall impression was "elegant Chinese cuisine." It was delicate and refined, yet it didn’t lose its Chinese essence, allowing me to fully appreciate the aromas and flavors unique to Chinese dishes.Equally impressive was the pairing. Not only wine, but also Shaoxing wine and dark beer were included, making each dish a delightful surprise with its pairing. Each pairing complemented the dishes perfectly, creating a sense that the entire course was a cohesive experience. The most impressive dish was the Chinjao Rosu.It was a completely innovative take on Chinjao Rosu, unlike any I had known before, and without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had. It left such a strong impression that I want to come back just to have it again.Even the final mango pudding was exquisite. It was not overly rich, with a refreshing taste that went down smoothly even after a full meal. It was the perfect way to conclude the course.I felt it was "elegant and refined Chinese cuisine that resonates with the Japanese sensibility."While it has a sense of specialness, it’s not too formal, making it a great recommendation for dates as well as girls' nights out with food-loving friends.
