Starting with the incredibly fresh Omasum, the thick Middle Tongue was also excellent. The Yaki-Shabu with Tsukimi Ponzu was a must-have with rice! The Outside Skirt, enjoyed with wasabi and salt, was delightful, and the highlight was the Super Chateaubriand—simply the best! The Ultimate Premium Kalbi melted in my mouth, finishing with the Authentic Tsunami. Each cut was perfectly prepared for Yaki-Shabu and Chateaubriand, with the owner Tsunechan grilling for us, ensuring we enjoyed the meat at its best timing. The service from the couple was natural and created a lovely atmosphere, allowing us to fully enjoy the bronze-rated meats from Tabelog. It was a great meal!
