Today, I was in the mood for tenderloin, so I chose the Pure White Bianka and Chicken Tender Nanban from the daily specials! First, I tried the Chicken Tender Nanban. The moist texture of the chicken is truly unique and delicious, especially when paired with my favorite tartar sauce—it’s simply the best! Next, I enjoyed the Bianka tenderloin. "Bianka" means "white" in Italian, and this cut is of exceptional quality with incredible flavor. It’s best enjoyed without any sauce, though a little salt enhances it perfectly. The rice at Fujii is also delicious, so of course, I had a second helping, and I even refilled my cabbage! I left feeling completely satisfied. It was a great meal! I’ll have to fight for reservations again next time!
