I can understand why this place is called the best Kushi Katsu in Japan after tasting it.First, I was amazed by the lightness of the batter. Despite its crispy texture, it was surprisingly light and didn’t feel greasy at all. Even after enjoying over twenty skewers, I didn’t feel any heaviness in my stomach.Of course, it’s not just about being light. The outside is crispy while the inside is juicy. You can tell that each skewer is crafted with care, as the cooking and frying techniques vary for each ingredient, resulting in high-quality dishes.Because Kushi Katsu is such a simple dish, the difference in skill becomes very apparent. The frying method, batter, and cooking—all of these elements come together at a high level.Even after eating this much, I still felt like I could eat more, which is a unique experience at this restaurant.
