This time, I revisited Sawaishi after about three years. After such a long wait, I was really looking forward to it!!I gathered my fellow meat lovers and headed to Musashi-Shinjo!!One person was a little late, but the super friendly staff kindly set aside some Horumon sashimi for us.We started with tongue and outside skirt, then enjoyed liver, lean cuts, Horumon, curry, and cold noodles—everything was absolutely satisfying!!Next time, believe it or not... I’ll be back next year!!Thank you for the delicious meal!!!!
