I had the pleasure of attending an event with Hirata Bokujo, where I enjoyed a French-style course meal featuring the elusive 100% Kinka pork.From appetizers to the finishing Mazesoba and dessert, the menu offered unique flavors that can only be experienced here.In the latter part of the Mazesoba, I added scrambled eggs for a flavor twist, which was also delicious.I hope to encounter Kinka pork again somewhere in the future.
