This time, I picked a few places that seemed to have availability and a rich selection of Japanese sake, so I decided to visit. We were guided into the restaurant a couple of minutes before the 6 PM start time. Run by a couple, the service was well-organized, the sushi was delicious, and I enjoyed a variety of Japanese sake.
