I finally visited the Italian restaurant I had been wanting to go to. The menu for the day included:- Watermelon with Almonds- Fried Pizza with Prosciutto and Corn- Horse Mackerel with Pistachios and Edamame- Linguine with Tomato- Isaki (Japanese Sea Bream) with Eggplant and White Cucumber- Spaghetti with Aori Ika (Baby Squid)- Risotto with Green Asparagus and Trigai (Surf Clam)- Prosciutto with Melon and Mint- Cappuccino- Hazelnut- Panna Cotta with Mango- Herbal Tea and Cream Puff for dessertFrom start to finish, every dish was visually stunning and showcased the quality of the ingredients, leaving me in awe.The fried pizza was filled with plenty of cheese, resembling a chewy, fresh donut. It was incredibly delicious. The linguine with tomato looked simple, but the pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sweetness of the sauce was outstanding. The Isaki was rich and made the fish dish truly memorable! The cappuccino was surprisingly a pasta dish, allowing me to enjoy three different types of pasta, which was fantastic. The spaghetti with Aori Ika was served cold, packed with umami from the broth, and quickly became a favorite. The brioche that came out midway was perfectly salted. Finally, the herbal tea paired with the cream puff was absolutely delightful. Everything was delicious and simply the best. The wine was also excellent, and I probably drank too much. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and lovely. I definitely want to return to this Italian restaurant!
