This was my third visit, and it's a place I would travel far to enjoy!The dishes featured fish from Suwa Bay, sourced from Sasuemaeda.Everything was incredibly delicious on this day!- Fresh Madai Tartare- Fried Kamatsu- Marinated Horse Mackerel- Sawara with White Asparagus- Live Kinmedai- White Amadai- Junsei from Hiroshima- Wrapped Tai Fish in Puff Pastry- Squid RisottoThe specialty puff pastry dish featured Tai fish this time, and the sweetness of the onions combined with shiso made it delightful!Once again, everything was absolutely delicious! I can't visit often, but I definitely want to come back!
