I had the Omakase Course for JPY 5500. Most of the dishes were served with salt, and everything was delicious. I was thoroughly satisfied, but I also ordered extra gizzards, segi (chicken neck), and heart. This was the best gizzard I've ever had—no unpleasant smell, and both the texture and flavor were excellent. By the way, the shiitake mushrooms and quail eggs were also incredibly tasty.
