The dishes prepared by the chefs and staff in a team effort, visible from the counter seats, were impressive and enjoyable to watch. I believe the open counter reflects their confidence. Each dish highlighted the quality of the ingredients while incorporating fermented foods and unique cooking methods, making everything incredibly delicious. It was a great meal.
