This was my third visit.Corn Velouté,Paprika Mousse with Angel Shrimp Confit,French Mushroom Vol-au-Vent,The much-anticipated Sweetfish Paella,Meat from Sakaeya,Wines paired perfectly with each dish.I am always impressed, but this time everything was exceptional, leaving me even more moved than usual!
