I love yakitori! Among them, my favorite is the Takasaka chicken.Sumiyaki Okagesan is the only place in Tohoku where you can enjoy Takasaka chicken.I had tried to make a reservation several times before but was almost ready to give up on Sumiyaki Okagesan due to the difficulty.This time, we received a delightful invitation from our chicken master (that’s what I call him) and I’m so grateful and excited! ✨✨The restaurant has 7 counter seats and one semi-private room, where you can see the grill and cooking in action—what a special spot! I was thrilled! For drinks, they offer a free-flow option with alcohol, and of course, we chose the alcoholic option!
