I visited for lunch previously and was satisfied, so this time I decided to try dinner.Although it wasn't as fresh as my last visit since it was my second time, I got to try some unusual meats.Instead of the beef in the seventh dish, Assiette Parmentier, they used green sea turtle.It was my first time eating green sea turtle, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was.It seems that it's not commonly eaten, but in certain regions, hunting it is permitted for the sake of seaweed conservation.They also served bear, but I didn't find it particularly tasty.Overall, I think the experience was quite satisfying.
