I visited Soshi, a Bronze-rated restaurant on Tabelog, located in Tachimach, Hiroshima City. I ordered the omakase course featuring sushi and appetizers, along with a glass of champagne. They use fish primarily from the Setouchi region, and the cooking methods are quite innovative. The meticulously prepared appetizers and high-level sushi were absolutely delicious. It was a great meal!
