I visited for the first time to celebrate my wife's anniversary. Each dish, featuring seasonal ingredients like edamame, corn, black abalone, kuroe, and Oura burdock, was truly impressive. The live cooking right in front of us added to the experience, and I will never forget the unforgettable flavors of the Oura burdock dish and the risotto made with tomatoes that brought out maximum sweetness. Not only was the food exceptional, but the ambiance and service were also outstanding, making our special anniversary even more memorable.
