This time, I stopped by this restaurant with a friend after work.We opted for a selection of Japanese sake and started our yakitori experience at 20:40. The menu featured domestic chicken along with some Hōrōrō chicken. No matter how many times I eat it, the skin is always crispy with just the right amount of fat, while the meat is tender and cooked perfectly, even when slightly rare.
