Kitchen Toshiki is known for its hamburg steak.The outside is crispy, while the inside is juicy, whether it's fried or not.The seasoning is quite sweet, possibly due to the natural sweetness of the meat, and adding salt makes it just right.The beef in the beef stew is very tender and falls apart easily.However, the sauce seems to have been simmered for a week, making it very rich and somewhat bitter.The omurice was delicious, filled with scallops and shrimp, but it was disappointing that nothing was on top.The soup was tasty, but the prosciutto was a bit too salty for my taste, so I could do without it.The crab cream croquette was just average.The dessert, mango, was sweet and delicious.
