One dish that looked like a salad turned out to be both a salad and a soup. Combining a cold salad with warm soup is not something you would typically think of, but it was incredibly delicious.The bamboo shoots paired with the fish dish were unexpectedly delightful, thanks to the sauce. The final pasta dish was not just a regular tomato sauce; it featured concentrated tomatoes with homemade pasta and a hint of sansho pepper.While unusual combinations in dishes often taste better when prepared in a more traditional way, this restaurant's offerings defy that expectation, providing genuine surprises and excitement.Though the dishes aren't flashy, they allow you to enjoy delicious food in small portions alongside drinks. The atmosphere of the restaurant also contributed to a wonderful experience.
