I enjoyed the lunch course. The pan-seared foie gras and the roasted grass-fed beef were particularly impressive. The foie gras was rich yet not too heavy, perfectly balanced with the sauce. The beef was tender, and the flavor deepened with each bite.In a calm atmosphere with attentive service, I had a truly special lunch experience. I look forward to returning when the seasons change.
