Weekday evening, second seating, TableCheck.I was recommended this yakitori restaurant by the owner in Kitakyushu, so I decided to give it a try.I made a reservation for the second seating a month in advance.I opted for a selection of beer, shochu, and Japanese sake.I added extra chicken neck to my course.It seems they use aged Oshioka chicken.The dishes are straightforward and not overly fancy.It feels like they are bringing out the natural flavors of the aged chicken through the grilling technique.The communication with regulars and first-time guests alike felt very natural, making for a comfortable atmosphere.
