Please enjoy the main star, the tonkatsu, first.2. Try the freshly cooked rice with salt.3. Finish with miso soup.The dishes are served in this order to ensure you can fully appreciate each flavor at its peak.【First, enjoy the plain tonkatsu】You can try the tonkatsu with salt, soy sauce, or wasabi.If you dip the tonkatsu in soy sauce, sauce, or lemon, it will ruin the crispy texture of the coating.Please apply the sauce to the meat's cut surface without wetting the coating.The sauce should be applied to the cabbage each time you eat it.If you pour it all at once, the leaves will wilt.You can also put lemon on the tonkatsu, but it’s delicious to drizzle it over the cabbage with salt.I see.First, I will enjoy it as is.The thick tenderloin is crispy and fluffy, with a gentle texture like a sponge cake.The meat truly highlights the flavor of the tenderloin.I prefer it with wasabi and salt; it was very delicious!♪Total: JPY 5800It was a great meal.
