The sauces for the grilled meats are top-notch, each one perfectly matched to the specific cut. The lean beef cubes are exceptional—so delicious! The Omasum sashimi, tongue, and loin are also tasty, and the sauces pair perfectly with rice, so I ended up having three bowls, haha.I’m looking forward to going again next year. I wish I could come every month, haha!
