I had always wanted to visit this place, but I never had the opportunity until I happened to find a cancellation slot this time.Every dish was clearly crafted with great care, allowing me to enjoy a variety of ingredients from different perspectives. The highlight was definitely the fried sweetfish, which was stuffed with fish paste and uruka. The crispy coating and fluffy filling made it incredibly delicious, leaving a lasting impression on me that day.I had always thought of Japanese cuisine as somewhat formal and tended to avoid it, but this restaurant has a spacious and comfortable atmosphere with several table seats (there's also a counter), making it easy to relax and enjoy my time.I had a very satisfying experience, and I would love to visit again if the opportunity arises.
