About three months ago, I made a reservation over the phone and visited the restaurant.Initially, I was seated at a table for two, but when a spot opened up at the counter, I moved there. The appetizer, 【Olives and Sun-Dried Tomatoes】, was a revelation, setting a new standard for olives I’ve had before—what a surprise! The 【Mozzarella Cheese Mousse with Miyazaki Mango】 had a perfect balance of saltiness and sweetness, making it a substantial dish despite using fruit.Next, the freshly baked 【Homemade Focaccia】 was wonderfully infused with olive oil, reminiscent of fried bread, and I couldn’t help but ask for a second helping. The 【Prosciutto and Gnocco Fritto】 featured thinly sliced prosciutto that melted in my mouth, paired with incredibly light gnocco fritto, creating a delightful combination that genuinely impressed me.Even just the appetizers made me vow to return. For the main course, I chose 【Ishiguro's Hōhō Chicken】, which had a crispy skin and concentrated flavor. The pasta, 【Octopus Arrabbiata】, was tender, reminiscent of the soft octopus served at sushi restaurants, and paired well with the spicy arrabbiata sauce. There’s so much more I could write, but the food speaks for itself. The hospitality from Murakami-san was exceptional, and the engaging conversation made for a very comfortable atmosphere. I absolutely want to return to this wonderful restaurant.Every dish was truly delicious from the bottom of my heart!
