I visited Ji-Cube for dinner last time and enjoyed it so much that I returned for lunch. This time, instead of sitting at the counter, I used a private room for four on the second floor, which had no additional charge. The dining style remains the same, featuring a variety of small dishes. All the menu items are of high quality and creativity, providing a feast for both the eyes and the palate, but I particularly loved these three dishes:◾️ Peking Duck The rich sweetness of the sweet bean sauce pairs perfectly, and the flavor expands with each bite. I could eat another one!◾️ Wagyu with Oyster Sauce The combination of truffle and onsen tamago (hot spring egg) creates a flavor reminiscent of sukiyaki, making you want to eat it over rice.◾️ Egg Fried Rice Mixed with karasumi (dried mullet roe), fried shirasu (young sardines), and fish roe, this fried rice has a delightful saltiness and texture that elevates it to a whole new level.I truly believe that enjoying this lunch for JPY 6,600 offers incredible value for money. The menu changes regularly, so I will definitely come back!
