I was lucky enough to be given a spot and visited this restaurant. I had heard that reservations take two years, so I was thrilled to actually get in. What impressed me the most was the ikura (salmon roe). Since I'm not usually a fan of ikura, I was surprised to find it so delicious—this was the best ikura I've ever had. Also, the bonito with onion sauce and the sushi, especially the fluffy anago (conger eel) at the end, left a strong impression. Overall, everything was delicious, and I was completely satisfied. It was a great meal!
