This Italian restaurant near Marutamachi Station has a hidden gem vibe, and I was truly impressed by the array of dishes that left me in awe.The salad was particularly interesting. It started with a beautiful platter of fresh vegetables that heightened my expectations, and despite being called a salad, it was served in a glass, elegantly adorned with jelly and mousse. Yet, when I took a bite, I found it packed with hearty vegetables, making it a delightful surprise. The conger eel was creatively prepared as fried pizza, which I appreciated, especially since the chef seemed to understand that I might be tired of the usual ways to enjoy conger eel this season. Indeed, even after four consecutive weeks of eating conger eel, I found it delicious.Given the nature of Italian cuisine, which can often be heavy with oil, I was grateful for the chef's consideration in adjusting the portion sizes for the main fish dish. After all, enjoying a meal should be about savoring the flavors, not overwhelming oneself. This restaurant truly lives up to its reputation as a renowned establishment.
